Frequently Asked Questions and their solutions

Identity and Handle

Handles are issued on a first-come, first-served basis to maintain community integrity. If your primary name is taken, we suggest using professional prefixes like drname, mrname, or adding your middle initial (e.g., rahul.p) to secure your legacy.

Yes. During checkout, you can specify the intended owner’s email address. Our automation will send the “Welcome Kit” to them directly.

To protect your professional legacy, SvaNet uses a Handle Lock System. When you claim a handle for email, we automatically reserve the matching website subdomain for you to prevent anyone else in the network from using your name.

Email set up and configuration

Absolutely not. To protect our community domains from being blacklisted by Gmail or Outlook, we have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Accounts found sending bulk marketing or unsolicited cold emails will be suspended immediately without a refund.

Currently we only offer fixed sized mailboxes. In case you need more space, please reach out to the Admin in the form at the end of the Support page.

Website set up and configuration

You will! SvaNet is a “Zero-Touch” platform, meaning we provide the high-end templates and the “Engine,” and you populate the content. Our Kadence-powered editor makes it as easy as editing a Word document.

SvaNet is a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) platform designed for simplicity. For technical guidance on using the editor, please refer to the Step-by-Step Videos at the top of this Support Hub.

You can build professional resumes, medical practice portfolios, consultant landing pages, or digital business cards. Our Elite plan also supports full e-commerce for those looking to sell services or products.

Yes. To protect the reputation of the surname domain, we prohibit sites related to gambling, adult content, illegal substances, or anything that promotes hate speech or scams. Please refer to our Terms of Usage for the full list.

Account Management

You can reset your password at any time via the “Lost Password” link on the SvaNet login page. For your website dashboard, password management is handled within your specific site settings under “Users.”

Your login email is the personal email address you used during purchase. If you have lost access to that, please use the Contact Form below for identity verification and recovery.

For security and to prevent identity theft within the surname network, changing your primary account email is not permitted after registration. Please ensure you use a permanent personal email address during signup

Billing, GST, Renewals & Invoices

No. To ensure the long-term stability of your digital identity and to lock in your surname handle, SvaNet only offers Annual Billing. This helps us keep your costs low by reducing transaction overhead.

If in case you are not satisfied with our services, you can initiate a subscription cancellation request through the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page. We will initiate your subscription cancellation. However, there will be no refund for the balance amount, as we also have to pay upfront for your hosting and email providers.

We do not offer a free trial because every handle registration requires an immediate lock of global community resources. However, we offer a 30-day “No-Questions-Asked” refund policy to give you peace of mind.

All invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you instantly upon payment. You can also download them at any time from your SvaNet Customer Portal.

Your site and email will move to “Suspended” status. To protect your legacy, SvaNet will continue to “park” your handle and retain your data for a 60-day grace period. If you do not renew within 60 days, the handle will be released back to the community and your data will be permanently deleted.

We offer a 30-day “No-Questions-Asked” refund policy. If you feel SvaNet is not the right fit for your legacy within the first month, simply request a refund via the Contact Us form and we will return your fee in full.
